On February 27, 2021, with the agreement of the Can Tho City Labor Confederation and the University Party Committee, CTUT organized an annual staff conference in financial year of 2020.

At the conference, the leaderships and staff of the University actively contributed ideas to draft of final report in 2020, draft of planning in 2021, draft of democracy regulation, draft of the university regulation of organization and operation, draft of internal expenditure regulation and other documents of the University.

The conference elected the People's Inspection Committee in term 2021 - 2023, including 03 members: Dr. Le Anh Xuan, MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Xuan, MSc. Nguyen Xuan Hong.

At the Conference, People Teacher. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Thanh Nha, Rector of CTUT - acknowledged value contributions of all staff, lecturers and employees to the overall achievement of the University, in the Receiving the honor flag " The leading unit in the university and college emulation block in 2020”. At the same time, professor encouraged all staff, lecturers and employees to continue to promote and overcome difficulties to successfully complete the key tasks in 2021; called for a spirit of dynamism, creativity and dedication in the process of operating and developing the university stably, according to the mission, vision, core values ​​and educational philosophy that the University announced.

At the Conference, there were 04 collectives won the title of Productive Labor, in which 01 collective was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the City People's Committee; There were 38 individuals who have achieved the title of Productive Labor, of which 06 individuals have awarded the Certificate of Merit to the City People's Committee; There was 01 member who is Vice Chairman of Communist Party of Vietnam and was awarded a certificate of merit by the General Confederation of Labor for the academic year 2019-2020.

The Conference took place successfully. 100% staff voted unanimously to the reports, promised to strive in successfully implement the tasks in 2021, and to contribute to sustainable development of the University with the mission "Unity - Dynamic - Creativity - Development".
