On November 25th, 2018, the Can Tho Youth Union held the final round of the "English Olympiad among students in Can Tho City" contest at Can Tho University, with the participation of many students of universities and colleges in CT city.

In the final round, teams from universities and colleges underwent 2 rounds of competition: the movement game and the English knowledge and skills.

Two students of CTUT, including Nguyen The Anh, member of CTUT English Club, won the first prize and Nguyen Quoc Toan, the chairman of CTUT English club, won the second prize in the English knowledge and skills the section.

The achievements of CTUT's students at the "English Olympiad among students in Can Tho City" in 2018 are the result of effort process of CTUT teachers and students in teaching and learning English according to international standard orientation, to help students practice and use English in their personal development and search for job opportunities in the period of international integration.
