On January 8th, 2021, Can Tho University of Technology held a Conference to summarize the Party's work in 2020 and deployed tasks in 2021. Attending the conference, there were the presence of Mr. Vo Tuyen Giang, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Can Tho City; Board of Rectorate, Chairwoman of the University Board of Trustees and all Party members, representatives of leaders of units, unions, and students of CTUT. 

         Dr. Do Thi Tuyet Nhung, on behalf of Standing Committee of the university Party Committee, presented the report summarizing the Party's work in 2020 and the direction and tasks for 2021. In general, the entire Party Committee of Can Tho University of Technology has successfully implemented and completed the tasks and targets set out in 2020

At the conference, Mr. Vo Tuyen Giang praised the university Party Committee for implementing many practical and effective tasks, models, and directing the excellent implementing of political tasks as well as professional tasks during the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic over the past year. In the new situation, on behalf of Party Committee of Can Tho City, Mr. Vo Tuyen Giang suggested that the entire Party Committee of the University should further promote its achievements and continue to make efforts, show determination and preserve the sense of collective whole, so that the university could continue to achieve victory in the implementation of the direction, tasks and targets set out in 2021. 

        At the same time, Mr. Vo Tuyen Giang gifted flowers to congratulate Mr. Huynh Thanh Nha, Secretary of the university Party Committee, Rector of the University, who was awarded title People's Teacher, the highest honor of the education and training sector, by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

the Secretary of the university Party Committee, Rector of the University delivered a speech

in recognition of the direction of the municipal Party Standing Committee.

          On this occasion, the Secretary of the university Party Committee recognized and praised the highlight achievements and outstanding contributions of 02 Party Cells and 19 individuals in the year of 2020. Besides, he also honored the university trade union, youth union, Promoting Education Association and 10 typical individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.

The Rector also highly appreciated the results of leadership in 2020 with the cooperation of the Party Committee, Management Board, Trade Union, Youth Union and members of 10 Party cells in contributing to the success of the university Party Committee: student admissions, job opportunities for students, opening Information Technology Discipline, completing the assessment of educational institutions and training programs in Food Technology.
